Located near to the rolling chalk downs of Epsom, Linden House is an impressive Victorian House that has been carefully converted to a first-class 32-bed care home. We're proud of the warm and welcoming atmosphere that greets every visitor to our home. The care home offers single rooms, all with private en-suite facilities. In addition, there are spacious communal areas consisting of three large lounge/sitting rooms and two dining rooms. These facilities give the image and feel of a luxurious hotel but with the added benefit of full 24-hour care.

From the moment you walk through the doors at Linden House, we want you to feel relaxed and comfortable. Although our staff can provide for your every need, we also work closely with trusted providers to ensure you can enjoy your own in-house hairdresser, chiropodist, physiotherapist, optician and audiologist.
Following our recent CQC inspection report, we were pleased to have received Good ratings in four of the five inspection areas. More so, we are incredibly proud of our team for achieving Outstanding in the ‘Well-led’ inspection area. This reflects the hard work, dedication, and professionalism that our team deliver every day at Linden House.

Having worked as the deputy manager of Linden House for a number of years, I was proud to have progressed to the role of home manager in December 2022.
The team at Linen House are the home’s greatest asset. We operate an open-door policy with a focus on great teamwork, motivating individuals, and management supporting staff and residents on the floor.

My friend has been at this wonderful home while her daughter had a much-needed break. I had the pleasure of visiting her every day for a week. On each occasion I found the staff to be very welcoming, happy and extremely attentive to all the patients and especially my friend. Whatever she asked for was never too much trouble and she thoroughly enjoyed her pamper day, helping in the garden and attending the bbq.
